Los Angeles Earthquake and Tsunami

(Blog 0003 AndrewHadden.org)

God wants me to warn of a devastating earthquake and tsunami coming on Los Angeles, California.  For you to believe me enough to take action, I need to explain the long history of this revelation, the confirmations from others that are known to hear from God, and what God calls “punctuation” by him to confirm his messages.

I received this revelation on September 30, 2005.  I was up praying in the early morning and God called out a chapter number first, “Twenty-three.”  I was hoping it would be in Psalms, a pleasant and comforting chapter of the Bible, but God added, “Isaiah.”  I was not familiar with the passage but quickly saw that it was about the coming destruction of a prominent city by the sea, that did much trade by ships.  As I read the chapter, I noted the verses saying “He stretched out his hand over the sea, He shook the kingdoms . . . (verse 11 KJV) and “Wail you ships . . . for your strength is laid waste” (verse 14 KJV).  Then, as I read, God called out, “Los Angeles!  Los Angeles!”  I was shocked and concerned.  I went back and read verse four about “. . . For the sea has spoken . . .” (NKJV) and received what I felt was a word of knowledge from the Lord, “God’s people need to beware the sea.”  Then I thought of friends living right by the sea in that area, and of warning them -- and God said, "There is time," presumably for God's people to be warned and react.  Soon I learned the area of Los Angeles is vulnerable to a tsunami.  Then there was a news article stating that a new fault line had been found right under Los Angeles.

I felt God wanted me to specifically tell an internationally known prophetic minister I was connected to who could get the warning out.  I did by email and he said people around him had not heard that but were hearing of things coming in the northwest.  About eighteen months later, I sat down with another internationally known prophetic minister after a conference and told him of that revelation.  He said “Everyone I know who really is a prophet has heard that one.” He was connected to the first prophetic minister, so it seemed certain God was getting the word out over that eighteen months.  I told others over time.

I am directed to explain how God supplies what he calls “punctuation” for warnings he provides.  The first time God spoke of that was in 2007 when, I had given a warning in my denomination’s headquarters chapel of “disaster, calamity, and great trial” coming and the need to be close to God and attuned to his voice.  Then the city and the area around us were declared a federal disaster area within a few days.  In 2011, I was in a city in Southcentral Missouri (not known for earthquakes) and gave a prophetic word that "The time of the shaking of the nations has come – and the shaking is coming here."  That night about 11:30 my bed shook noticeably with no explanation and there was a loud boom.  The next morning, I found out it was an earthquake, 4.7 on Richter scale, centered in Arkansas, and that it was the largest since 1969.  Praying later, God called it “Punctuation.”  Finally, God had me warn someone in the White House by letter that a devastating earthquake and tsunami were coming on Los Angeles.  The letter was dated June 19, 2019.  Shortly thereafter there was the largest earthquake in Southern California in twenty years and over eighty thousand aftershocks – God again adding “punctuation” to a message he wanted heard.

There are scriptures prophesying such things in the future, when Christ explained and foretold the end times to his disciples – recorded in three parallel accounts: Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21.  The warnings include earthquakes: “And there will be great earthquakes in various places . . .” (Luke 21:11NKJV).  They also include this warning about the sea: “. . . the sea and the waves roaring . . .” (Luke 21:25 NKJV).  I have read that tsunamis produce a roaring sound.

I have been faithful to warn as directed all these years, and to warn Church leaders who could warn and be heard.  But Satan has sent slander against me to prevent the warnings from being heard, and Church leaders would not hear my pleas for scriptural justice so that these warnings would be heard.  They have blood on their hands for all that perish and could have heard in this time.  God will avenge.  One called to be a watchman and warn is warned of blood on his hands and being accountable to God if he does not warn (see Ezekiel chapter 33).  God will also apply those penalties to leaders in the Church who have been derelict in their duty to provide scriptural justice and to let the prophets speak (1 Corinthians 14:29) so that warnings can be heard.
